Liquid C5 petroleum resin is a low softening point, especially suitable for adhesives under low temperature conditions.

The most well-known one is CRAY VALLEY's brand Wingtack 10, which is a light-colored aliphatic pure C5 liquid petroleum resin and one of the commonly used models in the market. It has good compatibility with various low-polarity elastomers, olefins, EVA, SIS, NR and IR rubbers. The product has a low molecular weight, low softening point and Tg (glass transition temperature), has low-temperature plasticizing function, excellent low-temperature initial viscosity, and low odor. It is suitable for low-temperature resistant pressure-sensitive adhesives and rubber and plastic products. It is also often used as a modifier for cold-resistant and low-temperature pressure-sensitive adhesives. It can be used for EVA, SIS, SBS, SEBS, APAO, m-POE tackifying resins and medicated adhesive tapes.
